What is Certified Patch Operator (Dominate Your Patch)?+
A £997 one-off launch offer (normally £1,497) that gives you the full patch operating system — deep local intelligence, council data, street-walk workflow, patch scorecard and a live On-Patch Training Day slot.
What is the Certified Deal Packager Programme?+
A £997 one-off certification programme — full curriculum, packaging templates, dossier review by our team, official certificate and listing in the certified packager directory.
Do I need Academy Access before using the Operator Workspace?+
No. Academy Access and the Operator Workspace are separate. Many users start with Operator at £197/month and add Academy Access later; others prefer to learn the workflow first.
Can I upgrade later from Operator to Pro / Team?+
Yes. You can move from Operator (£197/mo) to Pro / Team (£297/mo) whenever you need more seats, stronger oversight or priority support. Downgrades and cancellations are equally straightforward.
Is Premium Onboarding required?+
No. Premium Onboarding is an optional, application-based add-on for buyers who want hands-on setup or done-with-you support. Scope is bespoke — typical engagements range from £1,500 to £3,000+.
Is there a contract on Operator or Pro / Team?+
No long contracts. Operator and Pro / Team are month-to-month subscriptions you can cancel any time. An annual option is available at a discount if you prefer to commit for the year.
