Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate delivery of intellectual property, all purchases are final.
Unless required by applicable law, all fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
By purchasing access to Countrywide Property Academy™, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
- Digital content is made available immediately after purchase.
- Access to proprietary intellectual property is granted immediately.
- The statutory cancellation period may not apply once digital content access has commenced and the customer has expressly consented to immediate access.
- No refunds will be provided for failure to use the platform, lack of implementation, change of circumstances, business performance, personal circumstances, misunderstanding of the offering, or failure to complete the training.
If Countrywide Property Academy™ is unable to provide access to the purchased product due to a fault or error on its side, appropriate remedies will be considered in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
